We provide all our associates ongoing opportunities for growth and development, both in their current roles and to prepare them for potential future roles. Our dedicated Learning and Organizational Development team is constantly assessing and designing new programs to meet the growing needs of our organization.

  • Our functional expert series is open to all associates and offer a chance to take a break from our regular daily tasks, interact with colleagues outside of our function areas and learn something new about the work being done at TESARO.
  • We have an extensive array of on-line learning opportunities from “micro learning” videos that are 2 minutes long to certificate programs that link to your LinkedIn profile, as well as training for new managers on the fundamentals of managing people.

We offer every associate an opportunity to create a customized Individual Development Plan (IDP) based on his or her own personal career interests, and managers are closely involved as mentors. Ongoing feedback and valuable insights are provided through our 360 surveys, and frequent check-ins between manager and associate are encouraged.
